Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
- The gate hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm
- Sunday: 8am - 2pm
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.
Property Access
- Located in the exclusive gated community of Blue Ridge Mountain Club.
- 24/7 gated security and professional community management.
- Guests may park 1 vehicle inside the garage.
- Guests must remove their own trash to the community dumpsters near the home's street.
- Elevator is not to be used by guests.
- The main roads are plowed in winter. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Policies and Rules
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be one of the guests staying for the reserved dates.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking.
- Stays of 5 or 6 nights outside of summer, fall, and holiday dates automatically receive 15% off posted rates.
- Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Spa and massage services are available for an additional charge.
- Guests can use Wellness & Fitness center during staffed hours. Classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.

- Paved parking is available at the home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.
- Guests may park 1 vehicle inside the garage.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

- Kitchens are stocked with basic utensils and a starter set of paper products (toilet paper per bath, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths). Supplies are generally sufficient for 1-2 nights. Towels and linens provided.

Other Critical Details
- Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: Construction may be ongoing in the community and noise may be audible from the home. Construction schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. No construction on Sundays or specified holidays. Guests will not be relocated due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
